Sales Executive, Sustainability and ESG – Manufacturing Sector (Remote)

Position Summary:

Sustainability and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) mandates are changing our economy and impacting every business.  We are seeking a Sales Executive (hunter) responsible for driving growth to serve this growing need.  Our industry focus is Mid & Small Market Manufacturing, Industrial Companies, and Private Equity who have a desire to integrate Sustainability and ESG best practices into their business model.  We are seeking a unique sales leader with a tremendous network within the manufacturing industry, and who understands the challenges facing that industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work within the Engage sales process.
  • Collaborate with our marketing and executive team.
  • Acquiring new clients that fit our desired profile.
  • Daily prospecting for new business through tele-sales, email, and social media.
  • Qualify prospective clients and maintain a pipeline of prospects to achieve annual sales goals.
  • Be a referral machine!


  •  3+ years of proven consulting sales success and quota achievement.
  • Humble and confident with a desire to continuously learn and grow.
  • Previous sales experience with a demonstrated history of selling complex consulting services.
  • Solid presentation and listening skills will be required to demonstrate business value. 
  • Become an expert in the company’s products and cross sell when appropriate.
  • Leverage relationships with manufacturing industry associations and trade groups.
  • Previous sales training is highly desired.
  • Must have a demonstrated history of earning six-figure commissions.

Salary and Commission Expectations

  • On-target commission of $150,000 – $300,000 in the first full year.
  • On-target revenue of $1,500,000.
  • Base salary is $45K with full medical benefits and 401K.
